How long until I get my Order?

Regular Orders Ship right away.

Pre-Orders typically take 2-3 weeks in production once Pre-Order closes.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Purchasing

Before placing your order, Please remember to use the zip code associated with your billing address when filling out the “Payment” section during checkout.

If you have not received a confirmation email you have not been charged. Please confirm all your information and try to checkout again.

If you’ve attempted to checkout but it has been declined for any reason, it may say “pending” on your credit card/bank account, but you will not be charged. If in any instance this is not the case, please reach out to us immediately at info@shmukyou.com and we will correct the issue.

If your checkout was successful but you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

If you live in an apartment, condo, etc., or are shipping to an office please make sure to include your suite or building number. If you do not include the number, your package may not be delivered. All undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be canceled and you will be credited back the value of the merchandise less the shipping cost.

If there’s an issue with your shipment and we can’t reach you via email, we may reach out on phone or text.

If you purchased an item that is on pre-order, your order will be shipped by or before the estimated shipment date found in the item description. Pre-orders are not available for overnight shipping. If you purchased a pre-order item along with additional in-stock item(s) your order will ship together at the time the pre-order item has come into stock. However, sometimes our items have different fulfillment locations. In this instance, our in stock items will ship immediately. 

Loyalty codes from email promos may only be used during the duration of the promotion. Only one promo code can be used per purchase. Promotional discounts are non retroactive and can not be applied to past orders.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we print your merchandise after you place your order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us with the problem immediately as it may be possible that your order has not processed with our printing partner. If your item has a defect, please reach out to us at info@shmukyou.com so we can correct the issue. Keep in mind that we use Unisex tee's. To achieve a relaxed fit, be sure to size up.

Shipping

We work with a variety of partners, this means your items may come in separate shipments. We work with UPS, DHL, & USPS. Your order should arrive in 5-9 business days. Some of our headwear may take longer. If it has been longer than this, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will look into the issue and provide a detailed update. Orders placed around holiday's may take longer to arrive.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. If you are using ShopPay or ApplePay please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double check that your ship to address is correct, thank you!

Once the package has been picked up from the shipping partner, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, damage, or theft is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company and/or recipient. Thanks for your understanding.

Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or SMS text for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen you can file a claim with UPS here USPS here & DHL here

Please note some of our partners do not ship packages on weekends or holidays. Orders placed between 12/25-12/31 and the busy holiday season may experience delays.
